“ Mont Blanc Brewery is more than 180 years old. At the beginning of the 20th century, ice from the nearby glaciers was used to cool fermentation cellars.

All Mont Blanc beers are brewed from Mont Blanc glacial water. An exclusive high altitude water catchment on the slopes of Mont Blanc provides the brewery with pure and unaltered water for its delicate recipes.

All of our beers are brewed the old-fashioned way. There is no room for compromise !

Only quality matters here; even if top fermentation, ice maturation and bottle conditioning are not the easy way, it's how we won so many awards over the years.

We do not only brews traditional styles (blonde, wheat, triple) but also use local flora like violets and génépi (an alpine plant also used in liqueurs) to create delicious beers.”
